Tsholo L. Sehume

I’m Tsholo L. Sehume - before anything else, I’m a child of God and a student of the process - committed to learning as I grow, and growing as I learn. I am also the Founding Steward and a Human-Centred Systems Architect at Omosa. I engineer self-leadership systems anchored in God to build character, communities, and legacies. My work is anchored in operationalising the Stewardship Blueprint (also known as the Audacious Humility Codex (AHC)), a proprietary framework that helps people to shift from the anxiety of a “self-made” mindset to the grounded audacity and humility of stewardship. As an author and speaker, I don’t only talk about formation - I architect the systems that make it possible and sustainable. I advocate for the Grace-Made Leader: a builder who commits his ways to the Lord - and executes with structural precision. I can’t wait to connect. One, Perfect Love. Tsholo L. Sehume
