Our Mission ✦

The Omosa Philosophy & Framework

Our mission is to champion a generation that has the humility to wash the feet of others and the audacity to architect characters that build multi-generational legacies. We support others who want to steward purposeful lives. The mission of Omosa is built on a foundation of grace; that is what grounds us.

From this grounding, we have created the Omosa Framework, which is designed to help us move from conviction to action. We’ve seen that a fragmented life is easy to build – the Omosa Framework is created to be an antidote to situations where people are productive but unformed, gifted but ungrounded, visible but empty, useful but untouched by love and busy but not faithful.

Our work in Omosa involves the creation of content and systems that guide individuals who want to live their lives as stewards who are entrusted by God to lead lives as whole, meaningful and faithful.

As stewards, we must (be):

God-First

Entrusted

Loving

Obedient

Introduction to
The Omosa Framework

The Omosa Framework is a practical formation system for managing the journey of becoming faithful with what grace has placed in your hands. The framework was created using Tsholo’s “Audacious Humility Principles”.

Using these principles, the Omosa Framework was created to put Stewardship at the center of an individual’s or group’s life. From, and with the acceptance that we’re stewards, the framework helps you to connect and harmonise various areas of your life, including: faith, identity, responsibility, relationships, work, wisdom, service, and public contribution.

This framework is not a productivity hack, motivational system or a performance mask.

It is a way of paying attention to the life God has entrusted to you.

The Omosa Framework Helps You Hold A Few Things Together

Grace &
Responsibility

Grace & Responsibility

Grace is not the opposite of responsibility. Grace is what makes faithful responsibility possible.

Faith
& Work

Faith & WOrk

Work is not separate from worship. The way we build, serve, decide, and deliver also reveals what we believe.

Love &
Formation

Love & Formation

Love is not only affection. Love forms posture, practice, presence, sacrifice, truth, and mercy.

Calling &
Ordinary Life

Calling & Ordinary Life

Calling is not only found on a platform. It is also found in a tired Tuesday, a difficult conversation, an unseen duty, and a quiet act of obedience.

Wisdom &
Execution

Wisdome & Execution

Wisdom must eventually take shape. It must become decisions, systems, habits, products, service, and faithful action.

Public Contribution
& Private Formation

Public Contribution

What we build matters. What we become while building matters too.

Over the next few days, we will send you a series of reflections that introduce The Omosa Framework and help you begin practising stewardship with more clarity, intention, and faithfulness.
