Less Me. More You. 🤲

For the last twelve months or so, I’ve been building. Or, if I’m being honest, as I sit here in my workshop, I’ve mostly just been stacking weight.

When I first received the vision of Omosa – through one of those quiet, deep whispers from God – my first instinct was to ensure its reach. In the marketplace, we call that scaling. But I fell victim to the subconscious weight of standard practice. I took a pure, simple revelation and immediately began architecting a world where everything about it would flow smoothly and ensure its own sustainability with minimal involvement from me. You could say that I wanted to automate a calling 😂

I thought I was being a diligent steward. In reality, I was operating out of a subtle, misplaced responsibility that felt like ownership. I was trying to solve the “how” before I had fully honoured the “Who.”

The Year in the Rear-View

Looking back, the shift from Managing to Stewarding hasn’t been a clean break; it is a slow, sometimes painful pruning.

  • Q1 2025 (The Seed): I was beginning to articulate a calling that felt larger than my current capacity. I was moving between chapters of my education, feeling the quiet pressure of a Conviction that didn’t yet have a formal name.
  • Q2 2025 (The Foundation): I started interrogating how the Audacious Humility Codex (AHC) was shaping my perspective. I realised that systems aren’t merely technical or human; they are spiritual. I sought a way to integrate faith and architecture to serve the soul, not just the objective.
  • Q3 2025 (The Expansion): This is where the complexity accelerated. I was setting up structures and diving into enterprise-level solutions. Under the pressure of my studies, I felt that a God-sized vision demanded a massive, corporate-grade engine. I built an entire commercial model for Omosa, believing that its growth systems was the primary evidence of my faithfulness.
  • Q4 2025 (The Deep Dive): Together with academic obligations, I entered a season of personal, intense study, refining the AHC and exploring the lineage of David. I was moved to document a master blueprint for the Psalm 112 Man. I had technical success, but while I was focusing on architecting the blueprint, God was focusing on the Architect.
  • January 2026 (The Climax): The start of the year brought a point of maximum complexity. I was juggling demands, frameworks, and expectations. The math made and still makes the most sense, but the problem is that the “Me” in the equation had become too glaring for me.

The Uninvited Diagnosis

Then came the silence.

After eighteen months of labor, the marketplace didn’t applaud. The complex systems I built didn’t hum the way I had planned. Initially, that felt like failure. But I realised the silence was actually a real-time structural diagnostic. The Master Builder was starving my distractions. God was stripping the scaffolding because the actual structure / vision – the real Omosa – was being suffocated by my own ambition to “see it through.”

The Revelation: The Material is Because of God

In other words – we must realise that the Will of God isn’t a destination to reach or a plan to manage, but the very substance of Love that must form every brick and beam of what we build. Because God’s fundamental nature is Love, His Will is not a separate, detached agenda; it is simply Love in motion.

When we try to scale a calling using marketplace logic, survival mechanics, or the anxiety of ownership, we are essentially trying to build a strong foundation for the divine using fragile, human-sized materials that lack the load-bearing capacity of the Spirit. It means that unless the raw material of the work is Love itself and of Love itself, the structure – no matter how impressive it looks – will eventually force us to serve the complexity of the system rather than the heart of the Source.

In our modern culture, we often treat “The Will of God” like a GPS coordinate or a career milestone. We treat it like a “where” or a “what.”

But the Word is blunt: God is Love. If the Creator’s fundamental nature is Love, then His Will cannot be a separate, detached agenda. His Will is Love. They aren’t four different things; one is reason for the creation of the raw material, another is the process for making the raw material, then the raw material itself, and the other is how that material is deployed. The Will of God is simply the active, structural expression of His nature in any given moment.

Here is the blind spot I discovered: You can have a heart that is purely for God. You can plead humility, be prayerful, and sincere – and yet still try to build a divine vision using the wrong material.

When I “ran with it” (the calling) – I bloated the vision for Omosa with my own desire for scale – I wasn’t acting out of ego. I was acting out of a misplaced sense of duty. I thought a divine revelation required a marketplace-grade engine to carry it. But by doing that, I unknowingly diluted the material. I was trying to build a God-sized place using Me-sized materials: marketplace logic, the anxiety of self-sustainability, and the sheer weight of management. These materials lack the load-bearing capacity of perfect Love.

In hindsight, I realise that I ended up serving the system instead of the Source because it’s just not realistic to think, and you cannot support a spiritual revelation with survival mechanics. The structure couldn’t hold the weight of the Spirit because I was too busy trying to hold up the structure myself.

The Great Consolidation

That’s why, this month, when I focused on Love, everything changed. I decided to stop the noise. I chose to consolidate and simplify – not to make the vision bigger, but to make it truer.

This is the “Less Me” part.

By stripping away the corporate engine, Omosa returns to its intended state: a space where those who Dare to Believe have a digital home. A space where the audacity to excel in the marketplace is not more important that the humility to wash the feet of others in faith and love. A craftsman’s workshop where we back faith with works. A quiet place where we stop trying to “scale” and start trying to be faithful. Our weekly Bold Reverence sessions are no longer about building a crowd; they are about honoring the Presence of God in our lives, together, as part of the greater Body of Christ. The platform is not about reaching 1 million leaders who want to adopt Stewardship principles, it’s about finding 1 person who whill know that the Love of God is Everything and Everything is the Love of God.

Sometimes, the most audacious act of leadership isn’t to build wider. It’s to have the heart to tear down the excess so you can finally build deep. The architecture of Omosa and this Stewardship journey doesn’t need more of my “genius” – it needs more of His Love.

Thus: Less Me. More You, Lord.

One, Perfect. Love.
