Stewards Mastermind Groups is the flagship Omosa course for forming small, high-trust groups of up to seven people who meet with purpose, covenant, wise accountability, and practical movement.

The course takes learners from the idea of a mastermind into a complete operating model: focus, purpose, member selection, covenant, scheduling, goal setting, facilitation, minutes, accountability, tools, evaluation, repair, and a 90-day launch plan.
