Overview of Tsholo's Journey

2014 - 2021
Itsose Book Release
Without writing an autobiography - many life experiences and the aftermath of COVID19 culminated into the release of the book titled Itsose (an acronym that translates to "wake up" or "arise" in Setswana) - a self-improvement guidebook. Itsose was Tsholo's first visible public offering with the subtitle "Adopt New Habits and Begin A Never-Ending Journey of Self-Improvement"
2021 - 2025
Omosa Work Intensifies

At first, we attempted to make Omosa a coaching, events and mixture of other  things organisation - which it never was. But these attempts enabled to internal work to truly put the Audacious Humility Framework and Principles to the test. As a result, the real Omosa began taking clearer shape as a home for faith, wisdom, stewardship, reflective writing, learning journeys, and formation work. 

2026
Postures of Agape Release

In 2026, after 2 years since the initial idea was planted, Tsholo released the book titled Postures of Agape - From Transactional Affection to Transformational Love. The book is the most mature offering to date. It's about real formation work - exploring love beyond transaction, performance, and sentiment. Tsholo compels reader to ask "What does God want in this situation?"

Our Identity

Omosa is neither a church nor a secular self-help movement. It is a space for stewards who anchor their work in the wisdom of faith. 

“Omosa” is a Setswana phrase meaning “God is Gracious.” Omosa is founded in faith and delivered through systems.

We define stewards as people who are intent on building exceptional lives, not for ego, but as an act of love – love towards the greater good, self and others. They are the leaders, parents, or individuals who acknowledge and respect that life is a profound responsibility to steward their gifts well by balancing achievement with holistic well-being. 

What Grounds Us

We exist to champion a generation that has the humility to wash the feet of others and the audacity to architect characters and build legacies. We support others to steward purposeful lives. This is our conviction/credo / codex; and it’s built on a single, powerful foundation: Grace.

Grace is what gives us:

  • Audacity: The courage to pursue growth and excellence for ourselves and those we love.
  • Humility: The strength to know we are always learning and “Becoming.”
