About Omosa
"Dare to Believe"
We are a place for stewardship aiming to champion a generation that has the humility to wash the feet of others and the audacity to steward purposeful lives.
Who we are
We are clear about our identity: we are neither a church nor a secular self-help movement.
We are an organisation of stewards who anchor our work in the wisdom of our faith.
Founded in faith. Delivered through systems.
We define stewards as people who are intent on building exceptional lives, not for ego, but as an act of love – love towards the greater good, self and others. They are the leaders, parents, or individuals who acknowledge and respect that life is a profound responsibility to steward their gifts well by balancing achievement with holistic well-being.
Our Conviction
Every organisation has a reason why it exists – we exist to champion a generation that has the humility to wash the feet of others and the audacity to architect characters and build legacies. We support others to steward purposeful lives. This is our conviction / credo / codex; and it’s built on a single, powerful foundation: Grace.
“Omosa” is a Setswana phrase meaning “God is Gracious.”
This is the core of our philosophy.
Grace is what gives us:
Humility: The strength to know we are always learning and “Becoming.”
Audacity: The courage to pursue growth and excellence for ourselves and those we love.
From the Founder
Omosa is the direct outcome of a life-changing decision that I made: to live for Modimo (God), and to do it the best way I can. I didn’t suddenly make me perfect. In fact, the opposite happened, which made me dive deeper and become more aware of my imperfections, shortcomings and flaws. Going through the motions of the change is rough, but I would do it a million times over to have a relationship with God. Throughout all of this, I’ve seen, truly, that Modimo O mosa (God is Gracious).
I have come to know that Modimo has enough grace to call me His child regardless of my defects. This isn’t a badge I wear with pride and throw in people’s faces; it’s a declaration about the foundation of my stewardship.
I embrace kindness – from knowing the forgiveness I’ve received.
I give freely when I am able – from knowing what it’s like to receive without deserving.
I risk loving others – from having experienced unconditional love. I do these not by my own might, but from a deep gratitude for the mercy upon my life.
I cannot wait to connect with you.
One, Perfect Love.
